Each student is paired with a dedicated tutor who customizes lessons according to their school syllabus (CAPS, IEB, Cambridge, or IMPACT). Lessons focus on resolving specific learning gaps, reviewing homework, and completing past paper exam drills.
❓ What is the difference between Upfront Monthly and Pay-Per-Lesson?

Upfront Monthly Payment provides a discounted rate per lesson (e.g. Primary: R300/h upfront vs R350 pay-per-lesson; High School: R400/h upfront vs R450 pay-per-lesson) paid for 4 lessons in advance. Pay-Per-Lesson allows flexibility to pay on the day of each session.
❓ Where is the Randpark Ridge Satellite Centre located?

Our Satellite Centre is located in Randpark Ridge, Randburg. Exact address details are provided upon client onboarding and booking confirmation. We offer quiet exam rooms, invigilation facilities, and in-person tutoring.
❓ What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

To avoid unnecessary traveling and schedule disruption, a 48-hour notice must be given to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Failure to provide 48-hour notice will result in a cancellation fee.
❓ Do you support home-schooling and exam invigilation?

Yes! We provide full academic support for home-schooled students (IMPACT, CAPS, IEB) as well as official on-site examination invigilation for all 12 core subjects.
